We now have an exciting opportunity for Store Managers to join our successful team in various locations (both metro and regional) throughout Australia.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity in that Mister Minit will pay you and provide training with a view to you becoming a Franchise Owner over time!

This is an exciting opportunity for you to learn all the components of running a business while also learning how to provide high-quality customer service to our consumers. A person that would thrive in this role is someone who has previous experience working as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader role in fast food restaurants or grocery stores.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will take ownership over your own store and run the business including customer service, sales, leading team members, service provision and more! 

To thrive in this role, you will have strong customer services skills and who can demonstrate strong leadership skills and good business acumen. This position would suit a "people person" with excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders alike.
